We are here to stay, Kansas City.
We opened our doors back on New Year's Eve 2024 after five years of pop-ups & preparing for what was to come when opening our first concept. It has taken a lot of teamwork, asking many questions, & trusting in friends & family to help us make this dream a reality.
But now we are here... so what is Fern Bar all about?
We are a sugarcane & agave focused cocktail program -- focusing on rum, tequila, & mezcal production. But we run this bar with our main focus on the community we are building. Ensuring that our systems are in place to ensure our team is the happiest they can be, that they feel supported in their roles, & that they are given opportunities that extend past clocking in & out.
We want our guests to walk through feeling that they belong. Whether that feeling comes from the hospitality we provide, the comfortable space we've built together, or the approachable nature of our world class seasonal menus. We have something for everyone here & that will never change.
